RETURNABLE ITEMS:

We only accept returns for items that are defective or damaged. 

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS:

Do to the nature of the printing process of our products, we do not accept returns for items resulting from customer error at checkout, "change of mind" (the customer deciding they no longer want the item), or for request of different a size, color, etc. of a product.  Any custom product, such as special orders or personalized items are not eligible for return.
